Commercial disputes are the bane of every company,
partnership or sole trader. In an ideal world
you either place or receive an order and you get
what you have ordered and/or you get paid.
There are any number of
reasons for a commercial deal to go sour with
each party running off to their Solicitor blaming
the other. In most cases the dispute can be resolved
and therefore the Solicitor should be the last
resort. However, there is always an exception
to the general rule. If you do require legal advice
then we will endeavour to provide you with sound
practical advice. The paramount consideration
should always be whether the cost and expense
of litigation coupled with the uncertainty merits
the value of the claim being litigated upon.
In advising you we will
explain not only the law but the tactics necessary
together with cost and if necessary the provision
of legal expenses insurance to bring about a satisfactory
solution to your problem.
