At KJ Conroy & Co. Solicitors we offer initial advice by telephone and within a short timeframe a follow up consultation meeting to ensure that an agreement is reached quickly and smoothly. The first consultation meeting will normally last one hour, which we only charge half an hour at our standard rate. In this meeting we will determine a likely timescale and the total cost of all proceedings required to resolve the matter in hand.

For Employees we will advise on how best to manage work based disputes and claims at the Employment Tribunal in certain circumstances.
