If you are summoned for a motoring offence, then it is important to obtain legal advice from a motoring lawyer especially if you already have penalty points on your licence and are facing disqualification. You only really appreciate your driving licence when it is taken away from you, ever more so when you live out of town or you job is dependent on it.
