If you have
been injured as a result of an accident at work
or if you have suffered an illness as a result of
your working conditions then we will be able to
claim compensation for you against your Employers
provided it can be shown that the accident or illness
was caused as a result of the fault of your Employers
or another Employee or due to your working conditions.
Employers have
a statutory duty to provide safe working conditions
for their Employees and if you have suffered an
accident we will investigate whether your Employers
have have been negligent or in breach of any health
and safety regulations.
We may need to instruct an Engineering Expert to
report on whether your working conditions were up
to the necessary standard required by law.
As well as claiming compensation for injury, the

earnings, medical expenses, damage to your clothing
or property and any other financial loss directly
resulting from the accident.
We will arrange a consultation with a Doctor who
will prepare a report on your injuries and their
affect on your day to day life. We may be able to

Tripping

or slipped in the street because of the uneven ground/
