Have you ever been stopped for speeding? If not
you are either extremely careful or a very lucky
driver. However, if most people were to analyse
their driving, they'd be sure that they do sometimes
speed and more often than not most accidents are
speed related.
If you are summoned for
a motoring offence, then it is important to obtain
legal advice especially if you already have penalty
points on your licence and are facing disqualification
(should the number of points you have and the
number you would accrue add up to 12). You only
really appreciate your driving licence when it
is taken away from you, ever more so when you
live out of town or you job is dependent on it.
Having represented a number
of clients over the years for virtually every
type of road traffic offence imaginable, there
are in some cases, if you are guilty of the offence,
special reasons to avoid penalty points and/or
a disqualification. If you are not guilty and
genuinely feel that you have not committed an
offence we will provide you with sound practical
advice at a reasonable cost on how to defned the
case including representation at Court. Please
note that in virtually all road traffic offences
legal aid will not be available.
