Tripping in a shop

Have you tripped or slipped in a shop or public building, such as a leisure centre,
and suffered injury?

Then we may be able to claim compensation if we can show that the owners
or occupiers of the premises are to blame by leaving the premises in a hazardous state.

For instance:

  • You slipped on something left on the floor.
  • Boxes left out which you tripped over.
  • Water leaking from the freezer cabinet.
What will we do for you?
  • Present your case to the owners/insurers of the premises
  • Arrange a consultation with a doctor who will prepare a report on your injuries, how they have affected your day to day life and whether they will do so in the future.
As well as compensation for injury, the claim can also include loss of earnings, medical expenses, damage to your clothing or property and any other financial loss directly resulting from the accident.
